1. Our Services

Spokes & Sprockets provides mobile bicycle repair and maintenance services across Bristol. We offer standard services, full services, and puncture callouts. We also sell select cycling products.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking or purchase. Payment for products is processed securely via our online checkout. For repair services, bookings are made through our online widget. Please note that final invoices for bespoke work or additional parts not covered in standard service packages are issued separately and must be paid via direct bank transfer or our secure online payment link.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a repair booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for products purchased online will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

4. Service Scope and Liability

We strive to provide high-quality repairs; however, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or failures of bicycle components that occur after our service due to normal wear and tear or improper use. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Acceptable Use

Customers are expected to provide a safe and accessible environment for our mobile mechanics to perform repairs. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe or if the bicycle is in a condition that makes it unsafe to work on.
